Hi! I'm Smriti, a UX Researcher with a passion for crafting meaningful and intuitive user experiences that empower people in their everyday lives. I’m driven by a desire to create digital experiences that are not just functional, but truly delightful and impactful.

Skills & Interests

I have a background in Human-Computer Interaction and experience designing impactful digital solutions. My expertise lies in conducting in-depth user research, analyzing complex data, and translating nuanced user insights into actionable recommendations. I specialize in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and use data to inform design decisions for user-centered solutions. I put love and care into the problems I work on. I approach complex problems with innovative thinking and a curious mindset.

I thrive in collaborative environments that prioritize user-centric design, above anything else. I believe thoughtful and data-informed design can create technologies that genuinely improve people's lives. 

Outside of work, you can find me reading, journaling, birding or listening to music. I’ve always enjoyed art and words, in various forms like lettering, calligraphy, doodling, comics, graphic novels.
